Randy Stanley
Owner + Developer

Randy Stanley grew up in the construction business. Helping his dad at an early age, he dug ditches, cleaned houses and did odd jobs on the construction site all the way through high school. During college he focused on economics and finance, but as he came closer to graduation he knew working with his dad was what he wanted to do.

After officially joining the family business, Randy and his dad built a solid reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity throughout the process. Although they initially focused on developing neighborhoods with similar home designs, Randy had a love for building custom homes and working more closely with his customers.

Working with people to build custom homes is a rewarding profession. You can take someone’s dream and turn it into a reality. – Randy Stanley

In recent years the custom home industry has changed, both in the needs of homeowners and the styles they want to bring to life. An emphasis on technology has made homes even more customizable – everything from security alarms and specialized heating and cooling systems to lighting controls that can be adjusted from your phone. This is just one more step in the evolution of custom home building.

Building relationships based on trust has always been the key to Stanley Construction’s success. And it still holds true today. By working hand in hand with the homeowner, they see that your vision and ideas are carried out – with a lot of thought and preparation, with quality materials and by the right people.

Aaron Stanley
Project Manager

Aaron Stanley has always been comfortable on a construction site. Just like his dad, he grew up doing whatever work was needed – and always imagined he would join the business some day. He graduated from Soddy Daisy High School and then went on to earn his degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

He joined the corporate world at his dad’s suggestion, but still ended up on a construction site working for a plumbing wholesale company. During that time, Aaron was involved with the Home Builders Association, served as vice president of the associates’ council and was named best new associate.

But Aaron’s heart was always with the family, and he joined Stanley Construction as a project manager in 2012.  Working and managing a job site – including schedules, material and people – requires diligent advanced planning. But that type of forward thinking is what keeps the work interesting every day.

In addition to managing building projects, Aaron has taken the lead on custom home design, selecting all the finishes and keeping up with industry trends. He’s always had an eye for this type of work and loves the opportunity to be creative and develop homes that have a distinctive, yet classic style. It’s that collaboration between the homeowner and the project manager that can really elevate a home from average to extraordinary.

Aaron has also been focused on new ways of communicating with clients and streamlining processes – to give clients the accurate information they need to make the right decisions for their home. Just like his dad and granddad before him, Aaron’s focused on building homes using skilled craftsman and high quality materials – but with a modern edge.
